LaMar Holliday is the CEO of The Holliday Collaborative Agency, an award-winning public relations and marketing agency specializing in high-quality, results-driven campaigns in media relations, digital marketing, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement, achieving measurable outcomes for diverse clients.


With over a decade of experience spanning corporate, government, nonprofit, and multimedia sectors, Holliday began his career as a broadcast journalist in Texas, Illinois, and Indiana.

Transitioning to public relations, he managed media relations and communication strategies for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), overseeing public-private partnerships and public involvement for the $1.5 billion I-69 expansion in Indiana connecting Martinsville to Indianapolis.
Holliday later served as Deputy Director of Public Affairs for Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, managing communications, community engagement, and city-county council relations. He would later become the Chief Communications Officer for the Office of Public Health and Safety.

During his tenure, he led strategic communication initiatives addressing homelessness, violence reduction, and food insecurity, as well as the city’s COVID-19 pandemic responseAt the American Red Cross, Holliday directed strategic communications across five service lines and led a media campaign that earned a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Pinnacle Award.

His team’s climate change strategy secured a $40 million gift from the Lilly Endowment, the largest gift in the organization’s 140-year history.

Holliday’s work has been recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Science (Emmys), National Small Business Association, Public Relations Society of America, American Business Awards, International Business Elite Awards, Indianapolis Business Journal, and more.
